Definitions

- For employees/applicants applying online, basic data also includes social security number, marital status, CV, bank details, interview and evaluation reports, absences due to illness and other reasons;

We also collect contractual data, meaning data generated in connection with the conclusion and/or performance of a contract. This includes, for example, information about contracts (date of conclusion, type of contract, information relating to the relevant contract), contractual services and contract administration (billing, technical support, payments, reminders, debt collection, etc.), data relating to the period preceding the conclusion of the contract, and information necessary for contract execution. We collect this information from you, contractual partners and third parties involved in contract execution, as well as from third-party sources (e.g. credit information providers) and public sources.
Most content on our website may be used freely without providing personal data. However, we automatically collect data used for analytical purposes. In particular, we collect technical data (collection of IP address and other technical data to ensure the functionality and security of the services available on our website).

Purpose of Data Processing
We process personal data particularly within the framework of our professional real estate brokerage activities. The purposes for which we process personal data are always related to our professional activities, including:
- To communicate with you, respond to your requests and contact you in case of questions (by telephone or during online meetings);
- To conclude and execute contracts with you, our clients and business partners, particularly in the context of real estate brokerage;
- To purchase products or services from our suppliers, partners or auxiliaries;

- To develop our offers, services, websites and other platforms on which we are present;
- To communicate with you and with third parties and process their requests (e.g. applications, media inquiries);
- For market research and to improve our services and business activities;
- To ensure the operation of our business, particularly IT systems, websites and other platforms, as well as IT security measures, buildings and facilities, and the protection of our employees, other persons and entrusted assets;
- To comply with laws, directives and recommendations from authorities;
- As part of our risk management and corporate governance, as well as for the exercise of rights and legal defense in disputes and administrative proceedings;
- For other purposes, particularly within the framework of our internal processes and administration.
Where you have given your consent for the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, we process your data within the scope of and based on that consent, provided that we do not have another legal basis and require such a basis.
Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the purpose of the processing activity (see Section V above), the processing of your information and personal data is carried out when:
- it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract relating to the requested services or for the fulfillment of our obligations arising from such contract;
